Safety Is NOT an Option
Safety is TOP PRIORITY for DeJean Companies. We have an extensive formal written program which is reviewed and updated on an annual basis by two professional organizations. Our program exceeds the requirements of MCMS, ISNetworld and PICS.
The Safety programs include but are not limited to Drug and Alcohol, inclusive of random drug screens monitored by a third party for consistency and accuracy, Hazardous Communications, Lock-Out Tag-Out, 100% Tie-off and numerous other related programs.

Our Safety Program is administered by our Regional/Safety Manager and implemented by full time safety coordinators at the work sites. Weekly audits are performed at each DeJean work site. Some highlites of our programs include a daily morning safety meeting, a secondary meeting after lunch before returning to work, STAC Card System to identify the work site and potential hazards associated with each jobsite as well as a daily monitor from each crew to overview each work area throughout the day.
Our "Watch Your Buddy" proactive system has proven to prevent many potential accidents. This proactive system extends to workers for the client or other contractors working in our area.
