Our project tracking systems work in conjunction with our accounting system for the added feature of cost control and constant updates.
We have the capability of providing weekly cost updates; productivity of manhours expended and schedule progress for each project we perform. We track time and material projects against an pre-established budget to account for production manhours expended just as if they were Lump Sum.
Reports are provided on an as needed basis in the following frequencies:
• Weekly • Bi-Weekly • Monthly
• Hourly • Task Driven • Two Week Look-A-Head
All updates are based on quantities installed versus man hours expended.
